Here I am finally after a bit.  China is sending us more and more crap products, thinking we are going to take it without question.  WRONG!!!  There needs to ben an embargo on ALL items from China till they can get their act together; and produce safe products.  This should go for not only China, but for all  countries.  If they have more then 2 situations of crap product, then they are place on a list of countries we shall have an embargo till we have ensurances that all their products are safe. 

As for the airlince companies, a National wide passenger bill of rights should be adopted, for the health and welfare of those who fly.  No one should have to sit in a plane more then an hour, once they have closed the doors.  The airlines need to have generators to supply fresh air, have the toilets serviced while they are waiting, and snacks and water supplied as well free of charge.  The health and welfare to the passengers should and will be the # 1 concern of the airlines. 

The war in Iraq, is in my opinion is winable now; since the tribal leaders are begining to realize that Al qaida has no concern of who gets killed by the bombs they set off.  We should do more at the grass roots level more often then waiting on the Iraqi parliment and priminister to do anything to help themselves. 

Our highways, bridges are falling around us; all due to the neglected of our own congress and state reps.  They use all that they can get their hands on to give to special interest groups, rather going to where its really needed.  The American citizen is a second class citizen behind the special interest groups, so WE the average citizen have to pay the price, and more so in higher taxes when things get so bad that there is no other alternative but to fix the problem.  Would it not be cheaper for preventive measures?  Not would it be cheaper in money amount, but in the lives that may have been lost due to the neglect. 
Both Mrs Clinton and Mr Obama dont know what America needs nor how to get it, because they are in the back pockets of special interest groups, and behind the scenes that of the big business.  Our congress and oval office is corrupted by these special interest groups and big business, because we keep voting for life time politicians who have their own interests in mind; so that they can get re-elected to keep a job.  They dont really have US the American people in mind.  That is why we need a person who has not been to congress, nor to any state leg.  We need a Mr Smith who is not in the pocket of special interest groups nor that of big business.  Who will stand up to congress and veto any bill just stacked for earmarks that have no reason being in a bill.  If congress wants earmarks, then a special bill with only nothing but earmarks be written up, and debated upon.  Then it would be my job as President to veto that bill should any of it, or even all of it makes not sense.  
Each year, congress and the President pass laws that are filled with earmarks that just waste our tax money for things NOT needed, for example the bridge up in Alaska the goes to an island that was not needed.  Yes their are people who live on that island, but not enough to logically use money for building a bridge to.  Where is the common sense in the halls of congress and of the White House??????

Q1- How are you going to be any different?

My Answer- Since I'm from the main stream of the American working class, I truly know what the Middle Class, the working class is needing, wanting, thats just for everyone one in the US.  I am NOT in the back pocket of some special interests groups nor of big business.  I have not been to congress to be corrupted by the system. Also, Id look at every bill that comes across my desk, and Id veto every last one that has earmarks or pork barreling.

Q2- Will America be better off with Kucinich as President?

My answer- America would be better off with anyone else, except that of those who are life time politicians as most of these candidates are.

Q3- Are you a liberal?

My answer- No, I am a moderate.  This way I am NOT stuck on party rhetoric. 

Q4- Who would you pick as a Republican running mate?

My answer- The one who would be willing to put the American people first and not that of his party, any special interest groups, or that of big business.

Q5-Will Americans give reparations for slavery?

My answer- NO, this would actually  bankrupt the Dept of Treasury more then the Iraq war.  Plus, I don't think we'd be able to do it right since we haven't gotten it right for the Native Americans, nor of the Hawaiian Natives who's own country was stolen from them.

Q6- Did race play an issue in the response to katrina?

My answer-  Well I believe not only did race, but it also had to do with income. 

Q7- How do you address being "black" enough or "female" enough? 

My answer-  You don't need to be enough of anything other then "American enough".

Q8- Do you support gay marriage?

My answer- NO I do not support gay marriage.

Q9- Is it ok to cite religion as a reason to deny gay rights?

My answer- I believe that gays should have the same rights in housing, wages, health care, in getting jobs;but not in marriage.

Q10- How do we get beyond empty promises for Darfur? 

My answer-  I would go to the United Nations and tell them to shut up or put up.  If the US has to go it alone, Id take and have all the diplomatic immunity stripped of all the delegates and use all the funds generated lost from parking tickets, speeding tickets etc. to fund our relief efforts of those in Darfur.  But we really need to United Nations to get more involved in Africa to help each nation to get more farm equipt. and knowledge in farming technics to get more out of their efforts.  Id get other countries such as Russia, England, China, Japan involved to help out. 

Q11-Pull out Are we watching the same "blanking war"? 

My answer-  Any pull out that is half hardly planned would be asking for trouble.  Look at our half hearted planning for getting into this war, its jacked up.  So to pull out without proper planning would be just as dangerous. 

Q12- Mother of soldier how many soldiers need to die?

My answer-  As a disabled vet, If we had asked the same question of WWII I think Hitler would be bossing us around now (or his succor).  We need to try and undo the mess that President Bush got us into. 

Q13- Are the troops dying in vain?

My answer-  With the present Admin in office, my answer to that is "YES"!  He has not planned for anything since he got into office.  Till we get a President who has a plan for fixing his mess up, and for a with draw, they have dyed in vain.

Q14- Should women register for the draft when the turn 18?

My answer- Yes, women been asking for equal rights, so why not ask them to register with selective service.  Besides, they have been serving with honor and dignity and valor in this war in Iraq. 

Q15-  Would a woman President be taken seriously by an Arab State?

My answer-  After talking to actual Arabs, Iraqi and others of the Islamic/Muslim faith, I really don't think an Arab State would take a woman President seriously. 

Q16- Would you meet diplomatically with these countries leaders (ie. Pres of Iran, of Venezuela, N. Korea, Cuba).

My answer-  Id send my Secy. of State to meet with all these people and see what they are looking for, what their angles are.  Are they looking to do the U.S. harm or just blowing hot air. If they have other interests that is not harmful to US interests, then yes I would but behind close doors so they cant use it for their propaganda machines.

Q17-  How long after Jan 21 2009 will all troops be out of Iraq?

My answer-  It will take as long it will take once the Secy. of Defense can assure me that my Generals have a plan for pull out that will ensure safety.  But Id give it ONE year from me taking the oath of office to give the Iraqi gov. to get its act together, but in the mean time I've got my own ideas of helping the Iraqi people that would really turn things around so that the citizens of Iraq can defend themselves. 

Q18-  Who was your favorite teacher?

My answer-  It has to be my choirs teacher Ms Quatrinie a former opera singer turned music teacher.  She gave me hope, a new view on the world when I was so very negative about the world. 

Q19- No child left behind, scrap it or revise it?

My answer-  I needs to be really revised, because the children are only being taught how to take exams, not what they are going to need later in life. 

Q20-  Do you send your kids to a public school or private school?

My answer-  Well my school age children go to public school, and my infant son will be public schooled as well.  I feel I did pretty well with the education that I received in public schooling. But the system is broken, has been broken when the goverment tried to fix what was not broken. 

Q21-  Have you talked with your children about sex education?

My answer-  When the mothers of my children give me time to talk to my boys, Id talk to them about sex, but a hole lot more that is more important; such as drugs and alcohol.

Q22- Does that hurt ya alls feelings ( if former V. Pres Gore runs for Pres. in 2008)?

My answer-  Id more then happy for him to run, this is America. A FREE U.S.A.  where any one can run for President, Governor, or for Congress.  The more the merrier.

Q24-  How will your policies reduce energy comsumption?

My answer-  I get a mandate enacted through Congress; to have the US Auto makers to start making vehicles for burning sugar ethnol.  To tell the oil producers to get into sugar, corn ethnol manufacturing.  Also to get them to research other forms of ethnol for these vehicles to run off of.  Plus see if we cant get hybrid cars using ethnol by 2015.   Id give tax credit for those who buy energy saving light bulbs, who get hybrid vehicles, companies who go green.   

Q25-What is your stance on nuclear power?

My answer-  We need to take all the research of nuclear power to make updates on plants we have now.  Then make a few new ones and update them as needed while its being built.

Q26-Why don't we have standardized voting?

My answer-  Once I become President, Id ask that congress enact a bill to have ALL states to go by one system that has a paper trial, have voting on the weekends, and have it open for 48hrs (ie open up at 0800hrs Friday morning and close on Sunday at 0800hrs).  Id also ask that voter registration be allowed up to one week prior to the voting.  Should any state have some type of corks as what happened in Florida, that state would have to that following weekend revote with Federal Election Commissioners present to over see the revote.

Q27-  Would you agree to be paid the minimum wage?

My answer-  NO, I worked for min. wage before, and I believe that it needs to be higher. I believe the person asking this question wants to Pres. feel what it is like working at that rate that just gets by IF that. If its not raised, then that companies should pay for health care that should be avail. to ALL Americans.

My answer-  Id get the manufacturers to come back to our shores, or be hit with tariffs on their products made outside of the US.  Id give them tax breaks for making new jobs, for going green as much as possible, and giving health care to their workers.  Id change the tax system so that everyone is taxed equally, which I wont go into now cause I don't want anyone stealing my idea.

My answer-  I wont give that answer here, till  I am a candidate and on stage during a debate, so that my idea wont get stolen by others.

My answer-  If I decide to run on the Dem ticket, NO!!!!!!  Or if I decide to run in the Republican ticket same answer; NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My answer- NO, they do not have the documents to work here; so why would they get OUR benefits.  But if we can find a way to tax from their pay check ( if they even get a pay check) it be a special tax for them to pay for their health care.

Q34- Have we had the same 2 families in charge for too long?

My answer-  Yes, we have had them for way to long and it is hurting our country for lack of new ideas, and with same party rhetoric over and over again. 

Q35-  What does "In God We Trust" mean to you?

My answer- Just as it says, but God only helps those who help themselves.

Q36-  Would you treat non-religious Americans equally?

My answer-  All Citizens of the US should be  treated equal under the law.  Plus its expected under the law of God as well. 

Q37-  Are our babies safe?

My answer-  If you have an assault weapon that is for military use only, then no your baby is not safe.  But those who want to own a hand gun, or some kind of hunting weapon then yes your weapon is safe.  If you buy forms of weapon security (ie, fireproof safes, bio locks etc.) then you should get some kind of tax credit.  Also if your weapon is used in an illegal act, but you did everything possible to safe  guard your weapon- then you should NOT be held responsible.  But if it was proven you had it out, unsecured, or under your pillow, then you should be held in some way responsible. 

Q38-  What like or dislike about the candidate to your left?

My answer-  Well i'm here in my living room.  So i cant answer this question. 

Just a few days ago, Mrs. Clinton and Mr Edwards were caught on an open mic. about trying to thin out the number of candidates.  What is she for real, a communist?  A true Demacracy is where every person who wishes to run for President can do so, and be heard.  I only hope Mrs Clinton can stand up to my answers that would blow her out of the race.  She is a life time politician, and is in the back pockets of special interest groups.  We need a "MR SMITH" who will go to Washington D.C. who isnt in the pocket of any one nor in bed with the big business.  We need some one who wont be politically correct, who will tell it like it is, who wont give special privilage to no one who breaks the laws.  Some one who will tell China and other countries to either shape up or forget shipping anymore of their products to us.  As a consumer, I want what I buy to be safe for use or for consumption.  I want some one who can secure the borders north and south, and the sea ports.  That some one is ME!!!!!!!!!!
